While I've officially retired from wedding photography, I might make an exception for a truly special, intimate elopement that sparks my creativity. If you think your celebration fits the bill (or you’re feeling adventurous about breaking my no-wedding rule), feel free to reach out! Please note, I’m no longer accepting bookings for traditional weddings or events planned far in advance. Otherwise, feel free to check out our photo experiences at jujubooth.com
Nicole and James wanted their engagement session to be genuine and full of natural elements. And since Nicole loves running through Fort Lauderdale’s Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, it was the perfect location for their engagement session. It’s admittedly a favorite of mine, too. I usually ask couples to bring two outfits – one for “date night”, and another more casual. This time we started on the casual side with some fun photos around the park. “Nope.”
Sometimes it’s better to get lost and to get to know my clients as a couple a bit more. The photos are just a bonus. Here’s some of my favorites from our time together in Fort Lauderdale:
We had maybe another 45 minutes of usable natural light by this time, so I made the call to switch outfits and meet me at the next location. Time to get a little dressier!
It’s engagement season! If you’re recently engaged and planning a South Florida wedding, I think we should chat! Click the link below to check availability and request more information:
