This Deer Creek Golf Club wedding ended my 2023-2024 season in the best way! It all started with a surprise proposal on Worth Ave. Adam hired me to photograph his proposal to Courtney in Spring 2023. The three of us hit it off, so they brought me along for their wedding.
Deer Creek Golf Club is perfectly situated between Palm Beach and Miami, off Hillsboro Blvd. Their wedding packages start at $115/guest (as of Spring 2024) and ceremony fees start at $1200. There are getting ready spaces on site, but Courtney and Adam opted to start their day off-property.
I love Courtney’s decision to get ready at her mom’s home. It was so sweet to see framed photos of their proposal/engagement, and the day just felt more authentic and comfortable surrounded by her closest friends and family.
Deer Creek has a lovely outdoor ceremony space. We used the same space for their first look, portraits, and some of the wedding party photos. After the ceremony, the cocktail hour was just steps away where guests had an indoor (air-conditioned) option as well as some tables outdoors for a quick bite before the reception.
And let’s not forget the INCREDIBLE light for golden hour portraits. The staff at Deer Creek Golf Club were kind enough to secure a couple golf carts for us so we could chase that sweet sweet golden light before their grand entrance.
