While I've officially retired from wedding photography, I might make an exception for a truly special, intimate elopement that sparks my creativity. If you think your celebration fits the bill (or you’re feeling adventurous about breaking my no-wedding rule), feel free to reach out! Please note, I’m no longer accepting bookings for traditional weddings or events planned far in advance. Otherwise, feel free to check out our photo experiences at jujubooth.com
Shooting in new locations is always a treat, and Jennifer and Ryan’s wedding brought us to the west coast of Florida- Bradenton. Palmetto Riverside Bed & Breakfast is the CA-YUT-EST seaside Florida wedding venue with the most beautiful natural light and plenty of cute areas to photograph. I mean, It’s not very often I share dress shots on my blog, but when there’s a mantel full of scotch bottles, I just can’t help myself.
Jennifer and Ryan opted for a first look, which freed up the timeline (we had almost two hours for portraits!) and gave them a special moment before the ceremony for just the two of them. Ryan later commented on a photo I posted to Instagram:
“I’m glad we chose to do a first look. This moment was very special with just the two of us. She definitely caught my emotions off guard.”
Here are some of my favorites from their day:
