While I've officially retired from wedding photography, I might make an exception for a truly special, intimate elopement that sparks my creativity. If you think your celebration fits the bill (or you’re feeling adventurous about breaking my no-wedding rule), feel free to reach out! Please note, I’m no longer accepting bookings for traditional weddings or events planned far in advance. Otherwise, feel free to check out our photo experiences at jujubooth.com
If there’s anything more iconic than Worth Ave in Palm Beach, it’s the Colony Palm Beach Hotel. And this Colony Palm Beach wedding lives up to the hype. Laura and Neil were referred to me by an old friend who taught me pretty much everything I know about studio lighting. Leading up to the wedding, I expected a classy affair with friends and family – ya know, very “Palm Beach”. I had NO idea Laura and Neil were such PARTY ANIMALS. But seriously, I want to be in this friend group because these folks know how to have a good time!
The day started a little grey and rainy, and luckily the Colony Palm Beach had tented their garden area for the ceremony. By newlywed portrait time, we got a quick burst of sunshine for photos in the courtyard. Like I say in my blog, it’s so important to have a rain plan in place – and one that you actually LIKE – so that your timeline doesn’t get completely derailed.
If you’re planning a Palm Beach wedding, don’t overlook the Colony Palm Beach!
Big thanks to these amazing vendors that helped make Laura and Neil’s day special:
