Miami Maternity Photos at Oleta River State Park

Just a few days after their third wedding anniversary, I photographed C + C’s maternity session at Oleta River State Park. I love this North Miami park for a few reasons – the LIGHT, the variety, and the cute little beach.
Also, like seven years ago, my biggest regret as a photographer happened here. (STORY TIME!) I was photographing another maternity session and it happened to be the same day as the Miami Zombie run. A “zombie” ran behind my pregnant client and I hesitated to take the photo. I should have taken that damn photo.
Anyway, there were no zombies joining Celina, Carlin, and me this time, but I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t thought about photoshopping one in…
Man, it’s the coolest ever to watch my couples grow their family. These two are going to be incredible parents!
