While I've officially retired from wedding photography, I might make an exception for a truly special, intimate elopement that sparks my creativity. If you think your celebration fits the bill (or you’re feeling adventurous about breaking my no-wedding rule), feel free to reach out! Please note, I’m no longer accepting bookings for traditional weddings or events planned far in advance. Otherwise, feel free to check out our photo experiences at jujubooth.com
Ingrid & Edouige’s destination wedding at the Palms Hotel & Spa was an absolute dream. (With Miami wedding planner Soco Alicea behind the wheel, I wouldn’t expect anything less)
Family and friends traveled from all over the world, including Haiti, Canada, and Madagascar. And while there may have been some language barriers, (ever try to photograph speeches entirely in French and try to anticipate the laughter?) it really is true – love is the universal language.
Ingrid & Edouige opted for a first look, which was so sweet because you could literally see her groom’s shoulders relax as she tapped him to turn around. And yes, even though they had JUST seen each other, Edouige cried as his bride walked down the aisle. (All those that say first looks take away the emotion of the ceremony – your argument is invalid.)
Here are a few of my favorites from their day…
